Batterij van Vita gaat 3 tot 5 uur mee

Uit de Japanse persconferentie van Sony is gebleken dat de batterij van de PlayStation Vita tussen de drie en vijf uur zal meegaan wanneer je het apparaat gebruikt om op de gamen.

De levensduur van de batterij gaat omhoog wanneer je de Vita gebruikt om video's op te bekijken, terwijl de handheld negen uur in leven zal blijven als je er muziek op gaat beluisteren. Die laatste schatting is enkel van toepassing wanneer je de Vita terwijl in standby mode plaatst.

Verder ziet het ernaar uit dat je, wanneer de Vita helemaal leeg is, twee uur en veertig minuten zult moeten wachten voor 'ie weer helemaal opgeladen is.

Wanneer de PS Vita op 17 december in Japan uitkomt zal er in de doos van de handheld een USB kabel, een AC Adaptor en een stroomkabel te vinden zijn. Sony zal ook afzonderlijk verkrijgbare geheugenkaarten van 4, 8, 16 en 32MB uitbrengen.
